Seahorse Reflexology With Janet
Reflexology
Janet has expanded her expertise of complementary therapies having trained at the London School of Reflexology with Louise Keet (feet and hands) and Ziggie Bergman (Facial reflexology). The application of reflexology aims to stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system response which maintains and creates homeostasis, the body’s natural state of balance. Combined with her background as an educator the desire is to increase levels of awareness and importance of reflexology as an access point to autonomic control, stress release and illness prevention.
Poly and Plyometric Conditioning with Erik
Plyometric Conditioning with Erik
Erik has come to embrace physical conditioning as an access point for change through athletic and coaching experiences, academic work, and occupational health consulting. The original impetus for this pathway into human movement was prompted from feedback from other athletes, coaches, and therapeutic supports. The experiences of chronic injury rates and dropout patterns has led to the systems that Erik has developed and are made available in The 2 Seahorses – Poly2Plyos.

The combined efforts and the decades of background development and observations from Janet and Erik, that the stimuli of the major systems in the body influence the quality of how we live, is a formula that has the potential to enhance people’s lives.
