Consultation and Appointments information
- All clients are required to complete a Wellbeing Consultation and Consent form prior to receiving a treatment to enable a personal and targeted approach from the therapist.
- By completing the Wellbeing Consultation & Consent Form this will enable me to understand your approach to health and wellbeing and will allow you to consent to treatment.
- The client may need to consult with their GP/Consultant prior to commencing treatment and they will be able to assess that need.
- Should the client feel unwell prior to treatment they should contact the therapist to reschedule another appointment.
- It is expected that a client will not attend a treatment if they have an infection or a fever or a cold. Similarly, the therapist would reschedule an appointment should they feel unwell.
Cancellation Policy
- Normally I would request that if you need to cancel your appointment you should give me 48 hours notice so that I may offer the session to another client.
- Cancelling an appointment within 24 hours will incur a charge of 50% of the treatment fee.
- Any cancellation fee may be waived at my discretion.
- I reserve the right to cancel an appointment if the client attends the session in a state that is not appropriate to receiving a reflexology treatment.
Payment
- I accept payment by Bacs transfer or in cash.
- Payment can be made prior to the appointment or on the day of the treatment.
- I reserve the right to contact you in the case of non-payment.
Vouchers?
- Vouchers are available for any value to cover a treatment or course of treatments and can be personalised.
- Vouchers cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash or other vouchers.
- Expiration dates on vouchers cannot be extended or changed except in exceptional circumstances`
