Reflexology Treatments

Length of treatment time is usually 50 – 60 minutes

• During the first session we will go through the Wellbeing Consultation Form.
• For every other session, I will check with you for any feedback following the previous session so that I may structure the reflexology treatment appropriately for your needs.
• Organic massage oil will be used to apply appropriate pressure to the reflex points on your feet in order to stimulate self-healing and balance for your body and mind.
• Relaxing music and a warm environment will be provided for you.
